Who is US Tournament Golf and how do you save us money?

Our experienced and well-traveled staff service events in North America. We offer one source, direct purchasing advantages, no outsourcing, profitable fundraising formats, solutions and strategies that increase sponsorships and player participation. USTG saves you time, improves your bottom line and takes your event to the next level.

What’s the difference between doing it ourselves and having a company assist with the event?

Let’s face it, it’s hard to put on a golf tournament year after year. People come and go, committee members want to help but are limited because of other obligations. Tournaments get stale. Remember, you make money getting players and sponsors. You don’t make money chasing and managing things. This is what we do…365 days a year.

Do I have to purchase all your services?

Purchase what you need.

How are you paid? Flat fee or % of gross receipts. Are there deposits involved, how much?

We charge a flat fee for only the services requested. An upfront deposit of 10% is requested.

Do you charge for travel expenses to manage my golf tournament?

Who recruits players & sponsors?

The event does. We will create a strategy, marketing materials, email evite distribution, handle registration, collect payment and take phone calls. You have the relationships. In some cases, we have email lists in our database that might be applicable to your event.

I am in the middle of my event and it’s struggling, can you help us?

Can you get celebrities or the use of private golf courses?

Not a problem, except for maybe having Tiger and playing Augusta, but you never know.

How do you communicate with events if you are not located in my area?

You receive weekly timeline and financial reports, conference & video calls.

How long does it take to get my tournament up and running?

Less than 72 hours

Do you just do golf tournaments?

We organize event meetings, client appreciation destinations, VIP client retreats, you name it we’ve probably done it.
